Abstract Art Software

A first for the Free computer software Foundation, we've abstract art of your mascot courtesy of Kursad Karatas. He provides a description with this work -

I simply desired to show "wisdom", the wisdom of knowledge, wisdom of love, wisdom of virility, knowledge of humanity, knowledge of brotherhood. This is exactly what we truly need and the thing I feel society currently lacks. There is a large number of great performers who have produced great works well with GNU (as shown from the art page), and I also wished to show an alternative truth, or alternate understanding of GNU.

I needed to make an item for GNU because I think that info is universal, that nobody person can purchased it. The sharing of data is a direct result of language, and language belongs to all or any of us. To not anyone, to not ever one business, not to one condition, not to ever one colony, but to all of mankind. While you look at GNU holds their fingers into the sign for victory, because i am aware that certain day information and thought will likely be free so we all would be victorious.

The cherries and apple symbolizes wisdom, the beard symbolizes an unique sorts of wisdom which comes from a trip of knowledge and beauty that hardly any other individual can take, and GNU's eyes express a powerful commitment. The blue history is definitely freedom like in "birds".

This isn't always the greatest work since I have just focused on being truthful while producing it. I attempted to show and define your head group of someone who seeks freedom of self and thought, and tries to be unified using world. Well, this is certainly the thing I attempted, that doesn't indicate i've attained it. It is to audiences to determine for themselves. :)
